Village is situated on the green bank of river Wardha in Wardha district near Shirpur village.
Temple was created near about 25 years and from the day Matarani is worshiped by her devotees.
Three main festive of the sansthan are Navaratri, Chaitra Navaratri and Shakmbhari Navaratri.
Sansthan has recently built temple of Shree Navshakti 1km away from old temple and from the year sansthan is organizing Shree Navachandi yadhnya every year.
In the temple Navashaktis are gathered together to bless their devotees with sukh, shanti andsamruddhi . The goddesses present are: Shree Mahalaxmi, Shree Gayatri mata, Shree Tuljabhavani aai, Maa Vaishnodevi, Shree Renuka mata, Shree Maa Jwalaji, Maa Annapurna, Maa Mahakali and Shree Maa Saraswati.
Temple of navshakti is surrounded by temples of Shree Ganpati, Shree Balaji and Shree Hanuaman. Temple is still undergoing construction. This year on eve of Shakabhari pornima Suvarna kalash of 555 grams gold is to be placed on temple.
